Our Company
ValueIt was established in 1997 as a result of a merger between two valuation firms, Victorian Valuation Services owned by John Welch, and RCR Valuations owned by Karl Cundall. The valuation careers of John and Karl commenced in the 1980s. Both have been involved in most facets of Real Estate valuation, thus bringing a wealth of experience to ValueIt
John is a member of the Panels of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, State Trustees, Valuer-General Victoria, President’s Panel of the Australian Property Institute and others.
