Our Company
ValueIt Property Valuers was established in 1997 as a result of a merger between two valuation firms, Victorian Valuation Services and RCR Valuations. The Managing Director of ValueIt Property Valuers is Karl Cundall. The valuation career of Karl commenced in the 1980s. He has been involved in most facets of Real Estate valuation, bringing a wealth of experience to ValueIt Property Valuers.
ValueIt Property Valuers is a member of the Panels of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, State Trustees, Valuer-General Victoria, Presidents Panel of the Australian Property Institute and others. ValueIt Property Valuers are affilliated with the Municipal Group of Valuers.
