Our Team
Karl Cundall, our Managing Director, has over 30 years experience in valuing property. He is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV), a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (API) and an Accredited Specialist Retail Valuer.
Karl has been involved in all facets of property valuation, bringing a wealth of experience to ValueIt Property Valuers. He has undertaken valuations in all States of Australia, and is qualified in all necessary jurisdications.
Our current team includes seven qualified valuers. All our valuers are Certified Practising Valuers (CPV)/Residential Property Valuers (RPV) and are either Fellows or Associates of the Australian Property Institute. They regularly undertake continuing professional development programs designed specifically for valuers. This ensures that we are fully cognisant of the most recent trends and developments in the property industry.
ValueIt Property Valuers is a member of the panel of the Valuer-General Victoria, Presidents Panel of the Australian Property Institute and others. We are affilliated with the Municipal Group of Valuers.
